Yoga

The Holidays can be a hectic time.
Refresh & restore your inner self with Yoga!

We invite you to practice yoga in a beautiful environment with Patricia Gray at the Bolender Center.  Patricia has been teaching yoga in the KC area for over 22 years.  Her class is designed for all levels and borrows from several yoga styles. The pace is smooth and incorporates deep breathing for a calming, meditative experience. Expect to be challenged to tone, build strength, lengthen tight muscles, and improve range of motion.  Take a deep breath and put the brakes on holiday stress!
