Our Summer Intensive Program, directed by Amanda McKerrow and John Gardner, is providing students an extensive dance education from our diverse teachers, while presenting a positive environment where they can thrive. The dancers are experiencing many different styles of variations from Petipa to Balanchine and stretching their skills as they learn specific genres like jazz, modern and contemporary.
Students have ventured outside of the studios to enjoy all Denver has to offer. They went to Elitch Gardens, a Colorado Rockies Baseball Game, 4th of July celebrations, the Cherry Creek Arts Festival and the Denver Performing Arts Complex to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The Colorado Ballet Academy staff is thrilled at the progress and learning taking place within our studios this summer.
Online Registration for fall classes is now available. The first day of classes for the fall semester is August 19. Registration is filling up quickly, so be sure to check your child’s classes for availability. Please contact the Academy staff if you have questions about scheduling, leveling or uniforms.
