Join your Colorado Symphony at Red Rocks Amphitheatre—where Jethro Tull's '71 Red Rocks concert forged a place in rock history—for an evening featuring some of their best-known repertoire from the late '60s – today!

FINAL PERFORMANCE OF THE 2016/17 SEASON—THIS WEEKEND!

MAHLER SYMPHONY NO. 3 CONDUCTED BY ANDREW LITTON

MAY 19 – 21

Boettcher Concert Hall

Andrew Litton takes the audience on a nature-themed musical journey with Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 3. Written during Mahler's time spent in Steinbach, Austria, he was highly influenced by the landscape and mountains and once wrote of his piece, "In it the whole of nature finds a voice."

The Colorado Symphony Chorus and Colorado Children's Chorale join your Symphony in bringing life to Mahler's vision. Also featuring mezzo-soprano Michelle DeYoung, a vocalist with an international reputation and impeccable credentials: the 2003 recording of Mahler's Symphony No. 3 with Michael Tilson Thomas and the San Francisco Symphony won Michelle a Grammy Award® for Best Classical Album. Join us for our final performance of the Season!
