Pádraig Naughton is Executive Director of Arts and Disability Ireland (ADI) since 2005.

In his address, Pádraig asks, “Will change come through people with disabilities engaging in making, governance and arts management alone; or are production, programming, curation, editing and marketing critical points of influence for future development?”

Marc Brew is an internationally acclaimed Artistic Director, Choreographer who has trained as a professional dancer in the UK and Internationally for the past 20 years.

Marc will share his unique experiences along his very successful career from his early beginnings, training opportunities and professional experiences as a dancer who acquired a disability following a motor vehicle accident in 1997.
