The Barber of Seville

The first production of the 2014/15 season opens in 2.5 weeks — do you have your tickets and subscriptions yet? The well-loved and comedic story of The Barber of Seville is set on a movie studio backlot in 1940s Seville, where the movie studio owner and a lovesick count compete for the attention of the film's leading lady. High jinks ensue when the hairstylist gets involved to make sure the girl ends up with the right guy ...

This season, there will again be complimentary parking in the Jubilee parkade. Join us 45 minutes before curtain on Oct. 25, 28 or 30, for a pre-show Opera Talk, downstairs in the Kaasa Lobby. If you have already purchased your tickets, thank you — please consider forwarding this email to friends or family.
