June 24 will be the most magical day of the summer during the annual Fairy Tale Festival inside the Ashton Gardens. Wear your best fairy tale costume and come join in on the magical fun!

Speak guest scheduled to appear include Snow White, Cinderella, Tiana, Sofia, and Fairy Godmother from 10am-1pm and from 1-4pm you can meet Anna, Elsa, Snow White, Moana and Sleeping Beauty. (All characters are subject to change and times are scheduled times).

The Fairy Tale Festival is FREE for Thanksgiving Point members as it is included with Ashton Gardens' admissions. To learn more about all the free events members receive, visit the membership benefits page.

Note: The Ashton Gardens will close at 6pm to prepare for the Fairy Tale 5K race.

Utah Symphony Returns

The Utah Symphony returns to Thanksgiving Point's Waterfall Amphitheater on June 28. Doors open at 6:30pm and the performance begins at 8:30pm. Following the concert is a fireworks show at the waterfall!

GENTRI is the special guest performer this year and is comprised of three highly trained tenors. Their music can be described as “Cinematic Pop,” with lush, epic orchestrations and rich three-part harmonies. This will be their first performance with the Utah Symphony.

Reserved tickets are sold-out, but general seating is still available. New in 2017 is a picnic option for guests. Visit ThanksgivingPoint.org for details and information.

Fairy Tale 5K

Following the Fairy Tale Festival in the Gardens will be the only 5K run inside the beautiful Ashton Gardens. The Fairy Tale 5K is a separate admissions fee to the Festival itself, so if you want to run the race, please register now to get the best prices!

The race starts at 8pm and will award prizes in several categories, including:

Fastest Fairy (Fastest Finisher)

Best Costume

Best Couple Costume

Best Group Costume

All venues (Museum of Ancient Life, Museum of Natural Curiosity, Ashton Gardens, Farm Country) will close at 6pm on July 4th.

Tower Deli & Ice Cream Shop closing at 9pm.

Harvest Restaurant CLOSED all day (lunch and dinner).

MONDAY, JULY 24TH:

Regular hours of operations for all venues and restaurants.
