Hello WordFly Subscribers,
As you may have experienced, yesterday afternoon we started seeing pages and media load slowly and intermittently across WordFly. We have been working through the night and into this morning to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
As part of resolving the issue, we will need to reboot our load balancing server TODAY at 1:40 pm Pacific.
Media.wordfly.com and tracking.wordfly.com will be unavailable while we reboot. We expect the downtime for these two servers to only be a few minutes. During this time, subscribers may see broken images and links will not be redirected.
App.wordfly.com will be unavailable for a longer time to allow us to perform more maintenance. We expect the downtime for this server to be less than 15 minutes.
We recommend holding off on sending new campaigns until after this work is completed. Campaigns that are scheduled to send during this time will be paused until the servers are back online.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We take uptime very seriously and we know the importance timely email plays in your marketing efforts.
