From New York, Germany, Japan, and beyond, 2018 Honens Prize Laureate Nicolas Namoradze has been wowing audiences in sold-out concert halls around the globe. He's back in Calgary this September for a solo recital on opening night of the 2019 Honens Festival. 

The program, A Study in Etudes, features mostly late-romantic music, prominently the work of York Bowen. Nicolas will also perform works by Scriabin and six of his own compositions, each inspired by a specific technical, pianistic challenge.
