Congratulations to our 2017 BC Green Game Winners!

All of us at BC Green Games would like to send out a huge thank you to all the teams who participated this year! It was a competitive year and there was a lot of careful deliberating over your amazing projects!

Each year our distinguished group of judges, hailing from academia, scientific research, and the media select the projects that follow the contest criteria and aim to inspire eco-action in schools and communities. 

And the winners are...


Green Grants: Elementary

Winners of the Green Grants will receive $1000 to further their green endeavors.


Green Grants: Secondary

Winners of the Green Grants will receieve $1000 to further their green endeavors.


Encorp Return-It Trip

The Return-It Trip is a travel subsidy award of up to $3000 that must be used for travel expenses associated with claiming a free Science World field trip.


The winners of the Encorp  Return-It Trip will be announced later this week!


ReGeneration School Mural

Winners of the ReGeneration School Mural will be celebrating their school’s commitment to protecting the environment with a mural created with recycled paint!

The voting campaigns this year were top notch! We are so proud to announce the teams with the highest vote counts.

Science World Sleepover

These elementary school teams will be celebrating their achievements with an overnight adventure under the dome!

This secondary school team will be celebrating their hard work and developing their leadership skills with a sleepover on Galiano Island!
