If you missed registration for one of our popular Night Photography classes with instructor Ken Fong over the past several weeks, we have great news: our Painting with Targeted Light class has been rescheduled to next Wednesday, March 6 at 6pm, and limited spaces have opened up on the new class date!
This course introduces students to the use of long exposures and supplemental light to create photographic compositions. You'll learn about exposure settings, light painting, targeted lighting techniques, and post-processing. Bring your own camera and tripod and come away with a whole new set of skills to create beautiful photographic work in low light!
We are just over two weeks away from the closing of our spectacular Bruce Munro at Montalvo: Stories in Light exhibition, and this is a great opportunity to see the show while learning a new skill and getting creative! Don't forget to share your photos using #MunroMontalvo or #StoriesInLight!

We would like to thank the Palo Alto Medial Foundation/Sutter Health as well as an Anonymous donor for being major sponsors of our upcoming Arts In Your Classroom conference, which takes place this Saturday, March 2 from 8:30am-4pm.
Now in its 17th year, this annual conference is an important component of our arts education programming. The theme for this year's event is A Catalyst for Collective Wellness, with workshops focusing on wellness, overcoming trauma, and radical healing. Very limited tickets are still available by calling the Box Office at 408-961-5858 10am-4pm Monday-Friday.
Many of our programs would not be possible without the help of generous funders. Additional education endowment sponsors include: Applied Materials, Barry and Jo Ariko, Bank of America, Mark Jon Bluth and Michelle Danzer, Comerica, House Family Foundation, John McLemore and Clysta Seney, Mission City Community Fund, Sam Mazza Foundation, The Leo M. Shortino Family Foundation, Cathie and Jeffrey Thermond, Quest Foundation, US Bank, and Wells Fargo.
