Camps for Kindergarteners

Smithsonian Summer Camp offers a weekly program specifically designed to meet the developmental needs of kindergarten students. These camps are structured for children ages 5 to 6 who are entering kindergarten or first grade in fall 2016. Mornings include an outing to a Smithsonian museum or garden, followed by an afternoon of projects or a relaxing story time, all leading up to a Friday exhibit or performance for friends and family.

New This Year:
Two-week intensive camps offer hands-on explorations of science and digital arts, as well as opportunities to meet Smithsonian experts.
