Congratulations to all of the Academy students who participated in the Youth America Grand Prix regional competition in Indianapolis this past weekend! It was a rewarding and successful experience for all involved! Cincinnati Ballet Otto M. Budig Academy's Ensemble piece was awarded 3rd place. The students involved in this piece have the opportunity to travel to New York City to participate in the finals.
Invididual accolades include Milton Holloway, Alyssa Manguiat, Corinne Smith and Honor Workman placing in the Top 24 Classical Senior Division, Alyssa Manguiat placing in the Top 12 Contemporary Senior Division, Georgia Fuller placing in the Top 12 Classical and Contemporary Senior Division, and Charlie Klesa being awarded 3rd place in the Junior Division.
Director of Academy, Sarah Hairston shares, "our mission this year was to show the dance world what Cincinnati Ballet Academy can do! I have never been so proud of these dancers in my life. Every dancer attacked that stage with strength, confidence and passion. Each of the dancers brought something different to this weekend and represented our Academy in such a tremendous way."

Thursday, March 9: Level 3B will be taught by Melissa Wood.
Friday, March 10: Level 2A will be taught by Melissa Wood.
Saturday, March 11: Level 2B and Pre-Pointe will be taught by Emma Webb. Level 3 Pointe will be taught by Melissa Wood. Level 2C will be taught by Melissa Wood.
Sunday, March 12: Level 1D, Musical Theatre Dance, and Petite Pas de Deux will all be taught by Donna Anderle. Level 2C will be taught by Sarah Hairston.
