In recognition of 2012 as the Year of Gastronomy in Belgium, learn about the unique character of Belgian cuisine with chef Paul Fourier of La Gourmandine restaurant in the charming town of Nassogne.

This program is a part of the annual Francophonie Cultural Festival (March 6 to April 13) that celebrates the creativity, variety, passions, and intellectual variety of the nations of the French-speaking world.
