Dear New Victory Ticket Holder,
As you are aware, the ongoing COVID-19 crisis has caused the rest of the New Victory season to be canceled, through June 14, 2020. This temporary theater closure started with Step Afrika!'s run of Drumfolk on Friday, March 13.
The New Victory team is working through this massive logistical challenge with a small but mighty-hearted staff.
In an effort to help expedite this process, we ask that you call Ticket Services to either donate your tickets, credit the cost of your tickets to your account for a future performance, or request a refund.
While our theaters are dark, one of our highest priorities is keeping New 42 teaching artists, stagehands, administrative staff and youth corps employed. If you are in a position to do so, please consider donating your tickets as a tax-deductible contribution by completing this simple online form.
If your preference is a refund, please note that we have recently established new protocols in order to safeguard your data and strengthen our security, and are no longer storing your credit card data. We ask that you please have your credit card information available when you call so that we may process your request quickly.
